Solar image Nov 15, 2005

It was cold (around 30 deg F) this afternoon, but the air was fairly steady (7/10). Here is a shot of the sun in white light showing region 10820 which is large and contains 20 separate spots. Its been quite active since it rotated around the limb about 4 days ago and has been flaring often.
